Returns Policy

 

If the item is faulty or damaged when it arrives with you, We are happy to give a credit note,  for an exchange or refund for any items returned to Artists N Artisans in a fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Short-falls or order errors should be registered within 7 days. 

Please note that frames and bespoke canvases are made to measure and cannot be returned unless faulty.
